- All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 1-2 working days.
- Please refrain from sending us multiple emails within 2 working days if you do not receive a reply. This will mean your email is pushed further up and it will take us even longer to get back to you. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Purchase and Delivery
- Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct quantity/grade before checking out.
GINYI will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong quantity/grade are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed. - Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost or delayed mailed.
- If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
- Orders will be shipped out within 2-7 working days within Peninsular Malaysia and 5-10 days for East Malaysia (unless otherwis stated) upon payment verification. Kindly ensure all required information are submitted during the payment process to avoid any delays in mailing out your orders.
- Delivery charges will be at RM10 within Peninsular Malaysia and RM18 for East Malaysia. You are entitled to FREE delivery only when a minimum order of RM200 is reached. At any time and anywhere of the delivery event takes place, please ensure you are available at the location of delivery. If a delivery is missed, you will be fully responsible for the goods left at the location and charges. No refund or exchange will be issued under such circumstances. No P.O. Box address will be accepted and if a P.O. Box address is entered, you will be fully responsible of the charges and no refund will be issued.
- Because bird's nest is a restricted item, we only focus on the local market.
- Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Ginyi reserves the rights to accept or reject any order(s).
- Customers who have at least one successful purchase from us will automatically be added to our mailing list.

Payment
- For payments via ipay88, payment has to be made instantly. Please ensure that you reach the payment gateway via GINYI's website to ensure that your payment is received and updated successfully in our system. Payments made via a new browser will not be synced to our server, and that will mean your order status will not be updated automatically.
- Additional charges for bank transfers are absorbed by us.
Purchase
- Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.
- By carting out the item, it implies your intention and interest to make a purchase. We reserve a slot for you. In the event where no payment is received and orders are cancelled, your account can/may be blacklisted from future purchases.
- All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.
Sales/Discount Codes
- All price of sale items are deemed final by GINYI.
- Sale items are strictly not exchangeable/refundable unless there are defects on the items.
- Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for returns and exchanges.
